We are delighted to welcome two fellow members, Josh Collis and George Pope, for a unique evening that blends practical financial insight with exceptional craft spirits.
The night begins with a complimentary EP & Co. aperitif on arrival.
Financial Insights with Josh
Josh will open the evening with a talk on how to build and protect personal wealth in today’s shifting financial landscape.
Josh has been advising clients since 2020 and holds APFS and CertPFS (DM) qualifications. His areas of expertise include holistic financial planning, cashflow modelling, and inheritance tax planning.

Guided Spirits Tasting with George
After the talk, we move into a relaxed tasting led by George, founder of EP & Co., featuring four of his handcrafted Dorset spirits:
EP & Co. Dry Gin – juniper-led and citrus bright
Dorset Sloe Gin – rich, smooth and traditionally steeped
Ginger Liqueur – aromatic and warming
Coffee Liqueur – smooth and elegant to finish
George will guide us through the botanicals, flavours and stories behind each spirit.
Lastly – Food to follow
We round off the evening with substantial grazing boards, plenty of time to mingle, and the opportunity to chat informally with Josh and George.
The bar will remain open for those who wish to enjoy further drinks or wine by the glass.
This promises to be an enjoyable, informative and very convivial evening.
