In his new book, Beautiful Buildings, Nick tells the story of Wimbledon, Putney and Roehampton through their human structures — from houses past and present to sacred places, pubs and clubs, monuments and other distinctive features of the townscape. The result is a rich and engaging portrait of our community’s extraordinary past and present, seen through the lens of the buildings that shape it.
